Simmons Systems is led by co-founders Marcus and Kirsten Simmons. Marcus leads engineering, prototyping, and product development. Kirsten brings management and operational discipline to how the company grows.
We are intentionally building a small, accountable company: direct communication, careful scope, and responsibility that stays close to the work. Whether the solution is software, automation, physical, or integrated, judgment and ownership stay human.
